Sithabile Nombika, the founder and Director of S Nombika Attorneys, graduated from UKZN (Pmb) with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). She served her articles at Werksmans Attorneys after her admission as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa she joined Ndumiso Voyi Attorneys as an Associate and a Senior Associate. She gained most of her experience at Ndumiso Voyi Attorneys. During her employment at Ndumiso Voyi Attorneys, She was also seconded to the Service Sector Education and Training Authority where she obtained experience in the Public Sector. She also has in house legal experience as a Legal Manager at the South African National Blood Service (SANBS). Sithabile Nombika has vast and sound legal experience in, inter alia, labour law, commercial and corporate law, dispute resolution, Constitutional and administrative law, and family law.
